For an annual, discounted fee, customers are scheduled for semiannual maintenance visits, including inspections for furnace and air conditioning equipment, along with a service contract discount on all new parts and equipment.
Our service agreement inspectors are licensed, bonded, and insured. Unlike some of our competitors, no part-time employees or untrained technicians will be assigned to perform furnace and air conditioner inspections. We will not compromise or cut corners and expect to develop a long-term, rewarding relationship with our customers.

Spring Air Conditioning Service
Spring air conditioning service includes an inspection of pressures and temperature controls, refrigeration levels, evaporator coil, blower assembly and belts, thermostat, condensate drain, service disconnect, inspection and cleaning of the condenser coil, replacement of filters, and any needed lubrication of moving parts.
Fall Furnace Service
Fall furnace service includes an inspection of burners, heat exchangers, pilot assembly, thermostat, blower and belt, ductwork flues and dampers, humidifier, safety controls, and carbon monoxide levels, and a replacement of filters* and any necessary lubrication of moving parts or sealing of loosened connections.
